They will work in groups to become experts on a topic related to the outcomes (i.e. nutrition, physical activity, relationships, mental health, environment) and present their findings to the rest of class. They will need to make the connections between their topic and the elements of the wellness wheel, and come up with strategies to improve overall wellness/balance the wheel.
