The purpose of the video lesson is to review how to correctly write dialogue. The accompanying handouts: (1)outline tips and rules for writing dialogue and (2)provide students with practice at writing dialogue, brainstorm interesting verbs and adverbs, and complete an assignment in which they write a short dialogue for a scenario provided.
