The other pictures break down each of the foundations of the into the three levels of the transfers of responsibility.  I DO (teacher led), WE DO (teacher and student do together), and YOU DO (student led).   

As you move from I DO to WE DO you move further up the pyramid (to blended learning).  When you have students reach the YOU DO level, they reach the top of the pyramid and are in control of their own learning (personalized learning).
