Time: respect team frames
          Break - ask for a break when needed 
                   -15 min coffee break
           Check in at the end of the meeting, ask “are we done?”
         Last 25 min to work on wrap up document to be posted, and post it
Decision making :
         Decisions made by consensus 
         Agree we are ok saying “I’m uncomfortable with that”
        Conflict - agree to disagree
                     - in event of argument: take 15 min break and then decide if we can continue the discussion of if we need to table it for another day
Participation:
         No attendance policy
         If you miss, you need to check resource bank for wrap up document to see what was discussed
         Post notes from meeting
         Come prepared
Expectation Norm:
         Have written notes to put on resource bank
          Everyone participates
Listening Norms:
           Respect self and other’s boundaries
           Ask before interrupting
Confidentiality Norm:
     Open to people sitting in on our PLC by invitation
     Share ideas but leave names out
     Not posting real life anecdotal notes
