Norms:

  1. Aim to start and end meetings on time.
  2. Use time wisely. Encourage to set phones aside.
  3. Stick to agenda items.
  4. Speak honestly and ask questions.
  5. We are all here together. Support each other and support the team.
  6. A little humour is always good.

 

SMART goal: to create a collaborative plan for Music Monday (Monday, May 4th).

Brainstorming:

  • inspired from Prairie Spirit Resonate
  • Music Monday – Combine to create something and perform

Biggar, Outlook, Rosetown

Kindersley, Marengo, Eatonia

Morning  masterclasses, afternoon is performance.

  • Playing session during PD days. Look into getting a reading session for the March SWTA PD session.

Actions:

  1. Give administration heads up regarding the May 4th Music Monday date and our idea.
