Grade 6 Social Studies - (IN 6.2)

Outcome IN6.2  Examine the social and cultural diversity that exits in the world, as exemplified in Canada and a selection of countries bordering the Atlantic Ocean.

In this activity, students are to choose an area within our Atlantic Region to research to find information.  They will focus on the following:

• education,
  
• sport,
  
• music,
  
• literature,
  
• art,
  
• music,
  
• dance 
  
• architecture
  
• other topics of interest 

The final project will be the completion of a brochure.
