This family day activity is exploring and creating paper tissue leaves to decorate the classroom.
Information on plants, flowers and trees. How plants flower and parts of a flower. What is a plant, parts of a plant and how plants make food. Trees, evergreens, deciduous trees, how trees grow, fruits nuts and berries and plants as food. How a plant is pollinated, how seeds are spread, meat-eating plants and plant defense. A tree through the seasons and leaves.
Learn about the shape of different leaves, such as ginko, elm, mapple leaves and more.
Students will learn plant, seed, and flower parts and their functions.
Use these images to learn about the shapes of various trees.
Students will strengthen their sorting skills by learning about which part of food crops they eat.
