This document describes how to run each fitness test.
Use this document for students to keep track of their fitness levels and goals for next time.
After the first baseline fitness testing is complete, use this document to have students set their fitness goal and log their work (in class or out of class). This document is specifically made for Grade 6 students (PE6.1), but can be edited for different grades.
