Learner Profile - Me at a Glance (MI & Learning Style)
This is a zipped file of all the resources that were in the Sun West PeBL Mentor OneNote for Learner Profiles. These items will also be added individually, but have been zipped into a folder and added here to help you find them easily as well.
The following template uses a social media "Facebook" format for students to display their learning style, multiple intelligences, learning preferences, goals, interests and hobbies.
The template can be edited to fit your grade or to add the content you'd like to include.
Here are a few learner profile templates you can use with your students.
This package includes descriptions of all the items you may include in your learner profiles including: Enneagram Types, Myers Briggs. True Colours, MI and Learning Styles.

Learning Styles Quiz
This is a great activity to get people of all ages up and moving and talking about what they need to work best in a team.
Left Brain Versus Right Brain Activity or Quiz
All students learn differently. It is important to understand
the thought processes of all students. I wanted to use the
class blog to demonstrate my students’ thinking and increase
their engagement. I worked with all the different areas of
learning styles presented at this PD day. I created different
assignments and I had the students put their work on our
class blog.
It is important to know your learners, and for learner's to know themselves if they are to learn successfully. Knowing what your multiple intelligences are can greatly help students do their best learning!
Having a variety of inventories makes it easier to revisit this each year without having to do the same inventory over and over.
This includes online and printable inventories, and some tips for using MI in the classroom.
Multiple Intelligences Quiz
An excellent inventory for students to determine their multiple intelligences.
This resource includes getting started guides for teachers, students and counsellors.Updated and new resources are included for implementation, portfolios, activities, feedback, Volunteerism 30, take our kids to work day, Financial Literacy 10 and more.
This test takes about 12 minutes and will tell you your Myers Briggs personality type.
(Introverted or extroverted etc)
Explore careers for your personality type and personalities more prominent in different areas of the world.
A wealth of online personality tests for free. These may be some of the tests you wish to consider doing with older students as part of their learner profiles. Consider doing the Jungian Scales/Myers Briggs. The brain dominance, temperament quiz and memory test are also very interesting.
This is a template younger students can learn to share their learning style, MI, group style etc after completing their inventories.
This can be edited to suit your needs!
