    Introduction

The following files contain the assets (or resources) to accompany the Sask DLC PAA Pathways for Grades 7-9. Please note that this is not the content of the course, but the assets used to support and deliver it. The files are organized in a zipped folder. You can download them and extract the files.

These mini courses have been designed to be offered together to create a PAA survey. Each mini course is designed to last approximately 15 hours, meaning you need to use 3 options to create a 50 hour survey course.

We also suggest that you visit the other PAA Collections on the Open Access Hub for more resources.  You are able to use any introductory module with your middle years students.  You can find the SK Curriculum site here to see which modules are introductory.   Also, our other hubs could have many resources that are useful to you in this area.  Please SEE ALL HUBS for more resources.

You will notice that some sections have a specific grade focus (E.g., Entrepreneurship Grade 9), but that does not mean that you cannot use the materials with your students in Grades 7 & 8 as well. You may need to adjust the materials to best suit your students' needs.

Please refer to the "Big Picture Guide" for each section first. This provides an outline of the mini course as well as where the modules come from in the curriculum. Additional links to videos you wish to use are also included in this guide.
