1. For the Areas of Development for the Continuous and Frequent students, just write jot notes.  You don't need to get into a long description. 

 2. When you are filling out the bottom section on page 1 and you aren't sure about your grade groupings for next year, just indicate the number of students within that grade grouping that would be your "hotspot".
