This resource contains two documents from the SK Ministry of Education: Priority Action Plan - contains crucial (foundational) outcomes for literacy and numeracy for Grades 1-9.   Reconnect - provides suggestions and other considerations for reconnecting during the pandemic and disrupted learning. 

These correlation charts outline the MMS correlations to the Saskatchewan Learning outcomes for Kindergarten to Grade 9. They are a handy tool to assist with your math year plan, as well as unit and lesson planning.

Math outcomes for grade 1-9 organized by grade and by topic.  Each grade is a column so it is easy to work through a grade level.  Horizontally and by colour or outline, the document is organized by topic so students and teachers can see the like outcomes within other grades.  This document can help with future planning as well as with gap filling.  It can also help teachers working in a Colony or multi-grade setting. I Can Statements are taken from Sun West 1-9 Outcome Tracking.

This is a tracking sheet created by Timothy Hom and Brenna Siroski from Loreburn school in Sun West. This allows you or your students to track which outcomes have been met in all of the strands for numeracy from Grades 1 to 9.

This multi-grade document outlines all of the strands, units, outcomes, MMS correlations for grades 6-9. It also includes I Can Statements for each of the outcomes.
