Transfer of Responsibility & the Continuum of Learning Graphics
The following optional meeting templates have been developed to support Triads in their meeting structure. The first template follows the Collaborative Learning Cycle, and provides teams with the opportunity to explore and solve a concern or issue. The second template is provided for teams to use as they follow up the plan they have created using the first template. A set of guiding questions has also been provided to support your work, and guide your thinking throughout your meetings. These templates and questions were created by the Mini SALT Team.
