The following optional meeting templates have been developed to support Triads in their meeting structure.  The first template follows the Collaborative Learning Cycle, and provides teams with the opportunity to explore and solve a concern or issue.  The second template is provided for teams to use as they follow up the plan they have created using the first template. A set of guiding questions has also been provided to support your work, and guide your thinking throughout your meetings. These templates and questions were created by the Mini SALT Team. Pre-requisites:
2018-2019 Form 110-2ESSP Level 3 School Strategic Plan - PeBL REORDER Plan – this will be used to help inform the develop the Triad goals and action plan.

The following template can be used by Triads when reflecting on Saskatchewan Ministry Documents: Adaptive Dimension – Inclusive Education – Actualizing a Needs-Based Model.

This includes reflections, key messages and connections to PeBL. This template was used at the Sun West Traid Retreat in 2018.
