80 million pounds of blueberries all from one farm | We Are The Best
Rating
0.0 stars

Did you know that Canada is the world's largest producer and exporter of wild blueberries?

Each year, we produce 200 million pounds of the fruit, 80 million of which come from the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec. It's the biggest wild blueberry farm in Canada — maybe even the biggest worldwide. Companies like Quebec Wild Blueberries mechanically harvest, wash and package the antioxidant-rich berry, before shipping them to over 30 countries.

Join chef Ricardo Larrivée and farmer Jean-Pierre Senneville as they roam the wild fields.
