Introduction to using the tool of FitStats in the fitness database.
I created this assessment for students to self explore throughout the year, and continue to learn about themselves through all activities we encountered throughout the term. This assessment is called Brand Yourself Motto and Logo. Students get a chance to express who they are by branding themselves with a logo and a motto. This assignment encouraged individuals to truly look at all the dimensions of wellness and how they connect to them individually, students can use an array of methods to showcase their logo or motto. I hooked most of the students by showcasing popular brands and their mottos like Nike, Addias, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, we then discussed why their mottos and logos worked so well and triggered great conversation about marketing and the effects of marketing on individuals wellness

What are micronutrients and macronutrients? Today, we're going to talk about the essential nutrients that your body needs to function properly: micronutrients and macronutrients. Have you ever wondered what they are, why they're called that, and why they're important? Well, you're in the right place!
Micronutrients and macronutrients are both essential for good health, but they serve different purposes in the body. Micronutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, are needed in smaller quantities than macronutrients, which include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. They're called "micro" and "macro" because of the difference in the amount that you need.
In this video, we'll explain what micronutrients and macronutrients are, and why they're called that. We'll also talk about the difference between micronutrients and macronutrients, and why they're both important for your body. And, we'll give you some tips on how to make sure you're getting enough of both in your diet.

What is Vertical and Horizontal Movement?
Every pitch in baseball has what's called Vertical and Horizontal movement as it approaches the plate. Vertical and Horizontal movement is defined as the magnitude of “break” a pitch has, either up or down (vertical), or laterally (horizontal). Essentially, both movements indicate the pitch's trajectory deviating from a straight line as it crosses the plate.
Vertical and Horizontal movement is measured in inches and can be recorded through ball tracking technology like Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye, and PITCHf/x. It’s important to note that these technologies can track movement in different ways.
Has bunting disappeared in the game of baseball? Nowadays, kids are not taught how to bunt, nor know the situations when to bunt. We cover the situations when you can sacrifice bunt or even bunt for a hit.
